The American Kennel Club Museum of the Dog, located in beautiful Queeny Park, is home to the world's finest collection of Canine art. The 14,000-square-foot facility includes the historic Jarville House, built in 1853, and displays more than 500 original paintings, drawings, watercolors, prints, sculptures, and a variety of decorative art objects, all of our canine friends! There are special exhibits and educational programs as well. The museum is open year-round and visitors are welcome to tour the museum's exhibits for a small admission fee. Or stop by the museum's gift shop which offers a variety of gift items for you and your dog friends, including tapestry pillows, ceramic and jeweled dog dishes, books, jewelry, and some one-of-a-kind objects. Closed Monday and holidays.
